John was outstanding and very helpful bought a new RV from open road and the process was an easy one, there was a mix up on the options. The sales manager made it right and I went on to service for the rest of the process. The service manager by far is the biggest selling point for this place if you ask me. In a world where customer service is lost that is not the case with Jim, he went above and beyond in my opinion making sure I was happy and satisfied. I will recommend his department for sure!! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our new motor home!

From the get-go, John made us feel very comfortable about us asking any questions and taking the time to walk us through anything we wanted him to. The walk through was comprehensive and we left feeling a lot more comfortable understanding our coach. He also has personal experience RV’ing which led to some extra little tips and suggestions, which we found awesome. Overall a great experience!

I was so nervous being a first time owner of a 5th wheel owner and all that comes with operating it.

Until we met John for our inspection!

John spent several hours with us going over each and every section of the RV inside and out very methodically. Down to the smallest detail. He had infinite patience with our endless questions and didn’t move on until he was sure we understood how it worked.

He’s knowledge and expertise coupled with his out going personality and great sense of humor, made this a truly incredible buying experience!

No other dealership I know of has this kind of customer service and RV education. Definitely a cut above the rest and John a tremendous asset!

We had a water leak in our new 2021 Thor Chateau motor coach and it had sat at a previous repair place for over a month. It was taken to Open Road RV Smokey Point and they diagnosed and addressed the issue immediately and had it fixed in three days. The communication with Jim was excellent. If we have any other issues we will be taking it to Open Road RV Smokey Point facility.

This was our first camper buying experience. It went really smooth and overall was a much better experience then I expected.

Sales was pretty straight forward, we knew what we were looking for.

The parts and services department were really helpful! I don’t feel like they oversold anything and we got what we needed to have a good first time on the road. Our walkthrough was really helpful and I feel like he really explained things that made it easy for us to newbies to understand. He also went over some tips and tricks to get it level and I am happy to report we were able to get it leveled within a few minutes once we were home using the leveling block system. I should add, we have never leveled a camper before.

When getting our hitch installed the guy who helped us was so kind and even offered to hook up the back up camera while we were there. He was honestly super nice and had amazing customer service.

I fully expected to leave with the camper feeling slimey and under prepared to take it on the road. Happy to report we do not feel that way and are overall really happy with our purchase and the service they provided.
